Seine Karriere begann im Jahr 1957, als er in das Familiengeschäft seiner Eltern einstieg. 1960 designte er dann sein erstes Paar Schuhe. Der Designer versteht die Leidenschaft von Frauen für Schuhe und traf von Anfang an direkt ins Schwarze. Er designte Schuhe für die Rocky-Horror-Show und für vielerlei Stars auf der ganzen Welt, wie zum Beispiel Marylin Manson. Seinen Stil könnte man als „Glamour-Rock“ bezeichnen.
Bis heute ist es schwer seine Schuhe zu übertreffen, was bei den großartigen Formen, Farben und Mustern kein Wunder ist. Die High-Heels und Plateauschuhe, mit atemberaubend hohen Absätzen und Riemchen um die Knöchel, dürfen in keinem Kleiderschrank fehlen. Schuhe mit bunten Prints, die teilweise in Zusammenarbeit mit Künstlern entstehen sind genauso zu finden, wie edle Schwarz-Gold Kombinationen.
Grelle Farben wie Blau, Pink oder auch Lila machen die Schuhe zu einem Highlight und die Trägerin zur Hauptperson bei jeder Veranstaltung. Auch Boots hat das Label im Angebot, die genauso wie alle anderen Schuhe absolut glamourös und extravagant sind.
